As part of the Leadership team, Rich\u00a0leads and supports our talented CSM team, helping our clients achieve value and success from their engagement, loyalty and reward programmes.<\/p>\n<p>Outside of work, Rich enjoys pretty much anything sport-related, particularly rugby, and spending time with his family.<\/p>\n<p>We absolutely love having Rich be part of our leadership team!
