When you achieve engagement with your customers, it brings them closer to the business, it will grow your brand and that\u2019s when the magic starts to happen. You can measure the direct correlation between engagement and business profitability ensuring this is a high priority on the marketing agenda.<\/p>\n<p>But managing customer relationships isn\u2019t what it used to be!
