The first considerations that spring to mind are the most obvious: listening to customer feedback, working to personalise your communications with them, investing time and attention and money into rewarding loyalty and ensuring your product range\/services reflect their expectations.<\/p>\n<p>We are not here to tell you that those factors\u00a0<em>shouldn\u2019t<\/em>\u00a0spring to mind first \u2013 not least of all because we\u2019re pretty vocal about their centrality to boosting\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.incentivesmart.com\/blog\/why-b2b-customer-loyalty-marketing-is-an-essential-ingredient-for-customer-retention\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">B2B retention<\/a>\u00a0\u2013 but we are here to widen the frame a little bit, and make sure you\u2019re taking the full picture into account.<\/p>\n<p>Your employees are your business\u2019s personality. They are\u00a0<em>the vibe<\/em>, the life and soul, and the very face you show to the world.
