It may seem obvious, but in a world where the marketing function is generally pretty maxed out, does loyalty even come into the conversation?<\/p>\n<p>In terms of boosting customer acquisition and retention,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.incentivesmart.com\/loyalty-management\" rel=\"noopener\">loyalty management<\/a>\u00a0should be seen as the obvious choice, since they (ideally) offer a clear, simple, and worthwhile incentive to customers who could just as easily go elsewhere.
